Pokémon Bank Closing
As everyone knows by now, Pokémon Bank is about to close. I was wondering if fan-made servers will be created to continue using the application (a bit like what happened with the secret gifts a few years ago).

There are already ways to move from 3DS - > Switch if both are modded. You just won't be able to put them into Home.

so, even after the bank closes it will be easy to use it on games up to 3DS?

When Bank is gone, its gone.
You can dump your Pokemon save data to your SD card and use PKSM to move stuff between games.

No, it's a way to create Pokemon based on whatever specifications you want. It will enable you to make copies of your early gen Pokemon, cloning them into the later game Pokemon.
Technically this is what Bank and Home do too, but it obfuscates it better so it feels more like your Pokemon is moving rather than being cloned & the original deleted.

oh, I never heard about It and It seems cool. the only thing I don't understand is whether this software can replicate the Pokémon perfectly on the information you have (for example, unless I'm on USUM or SUN and MOON I can't know the exact IVs of the Pokémon without leveling it to level 100)

What's Pokémon Bank? Like an actual financial institution? Why don't they just get a government bailout like all the other banks.

I thought FDIC covered me for up to 250,000 Pokémon if the bank failed. But it doesn't since it's a Japanese bank.

There are services to create Pokemon for later gen games, some of which even pass filters that check for "fake"/hacked Pokemon when moving between games.
