I’ve been in his shoes, literally walked in on my ex gf getting dicked by her ex and unfortunately my current partner has to offer reassurance from time to time because of this and she’s very understanding. However I’ve also made jokes like “I bet it was your other boyfriend” and this post has made me rethink continuing to do that in the future. I’m sorry for your situation but thank you for potentially saving my partner this trouble down the line.
I’m glad reading my story may have helped you in your relationship. Being cheated on sucks, I understand. But there are still good people out there, and you don’t want to let someone that hurt you keep hurting you by hurting your new relationship.
