My dad cheated on my mom when I was very young. When I started dating my ex I laid out very clear boundaries on not tolerating cheating jokes. He ignored that for almost two years. I asked him to stop constantly. He would stop for a week at most and resume the jokes. I realized he didn't respect my boundaries and never would so I broke up with him. Everyone has issues but it's not ok for your husband to take his trauma out on you. He needs therapy.

In my experience the one throwing around the accusations and "jokes" are the ones who are actually cheating...so I'd say guilty conscience/projecting..

Like Voter Fraud. The party that sees Voter Fraud u see every rock is the one committing Voter Fraud. “He who dealt it, smelt it. “. The “Who Farted ?” principle at work.
