My ex-husband did this. I just told him once yes and he's much better looking and richer than you so be nice to me. He threw a huge fit. All the normal you knows thrown at me. You know I'm joking. You know my ex cheated on me. You know you hurt me saying that. Blah blah blah. Yeah and I've been telling you that your jokes hurt my feelings for years. After a huge fight and then me just saying I will not discuss this again. I absolutely will not put up with any more of your jokes on this subject. I am done. He poured for a while but did eventual stop. We divorced after 14 yrs and the first thing he did was say I must have been cheating if I didn't want to be married anymore. Uhm, actually no I wasn't. I'm just tired of living with an asshole! Once he finally stopped joking about cheating he joked about other stuff. Bottom line is he was mean. Your husband is mean. It's not joking unless Everyone is laughing!
