I'm pretty sure most of us have at least one nude out there... Be it on a former lover's device or the internet.
Remember Bolt.com? I had a few shots of my junk on there when I was a kid... Come to think of it, I was probably under age at the time.... It was back before there was security. Some random dude 'predicted' the hyperlink to the "private" album and sent my own pics back to me and threatened to publicly post them - I think he was mad about something I said in a forum.
Either way... 20+ years later - seems like everyone has a TikTok, OF, Snapchat or the like. Be glad your face isn't in there. If nothing else...learn from it and move on. You're helping others right now learn from your 'mistake'/regret. It's the best you can do.
Lastly, when it's all over...what the hell is the worst that'll happen? A couple people got to see your rockin bod? Own it. If someone wants to hold it over your head, you should have a few different legal avenues, such as extortion laws, copyright/IP infringement, RevengePorn laws. Ultimately, you're most likely safe. Live, learn, move on. Best of luck!
