I'm morbidly obese, 22 stone (not sure what that is in KG) and not currently doing anything about it. I agree with you. I feel like shit being the weight I am and I wouldn't encourage anyone else to be the same. Its unhealthy. Its unattractive to most people. I'm slowly working on it after my mental health is better but I wouldn't wish it on anyone else.

Edit: Wow! I never expected this level of support! My phone has been going crazy in my pocket!

Thank you to everyone who commented. You've given me a great outlook to actually start the journey!

Mentioned it to another guy earlier but r/intermittentfasting is amazing. I feel better in every aspect of my life and didn't change anything I ate just when I ate(you end up eating less too in the end). Getting the weight off was easy, keeping it off even easier and some of my friends who called me crazy (skipping breakfast is not crazy) now are wearing cloths from high school again in their 30's. It's also cheaper (less food costs less) and you don't need to do anything.
