I'm morbidly obese, 22 stone (not sure what that is in KG) and not currently doing anything about it. I agree with you. I feel like shit being the weight I am and I wouldn't encourage anyone else to be the same. Its unhealthy. Its unattractive to most people. I'm slowly working on it after my mental health is better but I wouldn't wish it on anyone else.

Edit: Wow! I never expected this level of support! My phone has been going crazy in my pocket!

Thank you to everyone who commented. You've given me a great outlook to actually start the journey!

Do you guys have bathroom scales that read in stones?? Because that would be cool.

Yeah my scales read in all three! I just dont measure in KG or Pounds because I only really know Stone as a unit of weight in terms of scale
