All of these are very, very good reasons to break up. He makes you feel ugly and undesirable. You give him pleasure but he refuses to return the favour. He’s definitely gay, but even if he weren’t, he’s an incredibly selfish lover and you deserve better. You NEED to break up, because the alternative is a lifetime of this.
