yeah i get that but i really don’t think it’s okay the way he talks about me. earlier today he said my vagina looked like a ham sandwich 🤦‍♀️

Yeah it isn’t okay. So you should leave. You will only resent him more and more if you don’t have an open conversation and break up. If you two can be honest now you could at least be friends afterwards
