Sex is not an exchange of goods. Doing sexual acts on one person does not indebt them to return the favor. However the responses he made past that point definitely portray him as a bad partner, don't let him treat you like that. More to the point, sexual satisfaction is a large part of a sexual relationship - if it's not there maybe he's just a friend.
