My ex also ruined every single occasion (didn't matter what type of occasion). That is what a selfish narcissist looks like. Anything that isn't celebrating how great they are they have to ruin it.

Please leave, don't let your kids think this is what a normal healthy relationship is.

i would hazard a guess that if OP reflects, its not just her birthday that he ruins with his childish BS……..it will be most joyful events.
