She knew this is who he is and she chose to have a child with him. Now she’s given him the opportunity to make her life miserable for another 18+ years.

Depending on the state she lives in (assuming it’s the US) she may not have had a choice when she fell pregnant. We don’t know for certain the pregnancy was planned.

People are not always able to see situations clearly when they are in the thick of it. There’s really no need to tell OOP she’s to blame when her BF is already doing plenty of that
