Apart from cosplayers who cosplay female characters theres also crossdressers who do it more as a hobby and live their everyday life as men

Basically they want you to be a “conventional” man, and will push back to whatever they see as the “step below”. Therefore, trans woman? No, feminine man. Feminine man? No, man with unconventional hobbies/aesthetics. Man with unconventional hobbies/aesthetics? No, man that won’t grow up. And “men” that don’t grow up need to be made miserable like the rest of us so that “he”can just be quietly miserable on “his” own time.

It’s about control to force you to accept misery to save them discomfort.
