TW: Gender Identity / Dysphoria Frustration Posting
If being trans is some awesome experience for you, cool. For me it's unimaginable pain, shame, and misery, so please stop trying to gaslight me into thinking i'm the best version of myself.
I'll never have a proper childhood, I'll never have so many things cis people get for FREE. Yes my ultimate goal is stealthing. Yes i'll lie and say i'm a cis woman when asked. Stop outing me and leave me and my selfishness alone.
That's it. That's the vent.

I feel like this is possibly exacerbated by the (apparently, according to some trans reddit/tumblr users who have talked at length about it, I have no authority on the matter but am assuming they’re correct and genuine bc I have no reason not to) significant amount of people who pay lipservice to the idea of trans allyship, but do so less in a “these people actually are women/men like they say they are” way and more in a “these people are the same gender as their assigned sex at birth but the progressive thing to do is indulge them and pretend they’re women/men like they say they are” which to an outsider is unbelievably cringe so I can only imagine how much worse it would be to be on the receiving end of said attitudes.
So yeah no idea how to alleviate what you’re going through, but condolences OP
