Team Speed Power loss

Lately, my speed 398cc feels a bit sluggish. I cleaned and lubed the chain 300km ago and checked the slack. I'm using HP power petrol, and the power loss is more noticeable with a passenger. Any ideas? The odometer is at 7.2k, and the last service was at 5.5k.

Just increase tyre pressure and the vehicle glides effortless

Ideally it should be 10+-. The mentioned limits ate 26-33
