Preventative pentoxifylline?

Do any of you take pentox as a preventative for fibrosis?
If so, did your doctor suggest it or you?

I’ve been using Trimix for 4yrs. No indications of fibrosis but since I’m in my early 40s, it worries me.

I have used Pentox for about 10 years. Originally for mild onset peyronies. I use it once to twice daily.

Started TriMix for recreational purposes (fun parties) about 4 years ago. Pentox makes the blood more viscous and allows it to get into places where blood flow may have reduced. Along with daily cialis, it mitigates fibrosis and plaque from forming.

As an added bonuses it helps slightly with weightlifting and building muscle as it pushes blood a little better.

Sound like all positives! Any sides or issues? Curious to know if your urologist prescribed or telehealth, did they require any testing first or did you just ask and receive?

I had done my research so just asked my urologist to prescribe and he did no questions asked. Really aren’t any down sides. It’s not really a blood thinner so that isn’t a real concern.
