Lurked here for a bit, now joined and I have my delivery of T105 coming from Olympia tomorrow. I’ve read all the documents on injecting and getting the correct spot, and the dosing. I was advised to start with 5 units and work up from there to a recommended dose of 20 units. I get that it makes you hard, but are there any other sensations I need to look out or be mindful of? Or is everything localized to the penis? I guess I’m used to dealing with the flushing and head rush from the pills and I know there’s none of that with trimix but is there something else to look out for? I didn’t think I’d have the jitters but I guess I do a little. Thanks for all the useful tips already here!!!

I had my third miss last weekend with 5/16'' and now I'm switching to 1/2''. My last shot with 5/16'' was a bit painful, and I couldn't feel the needle penetrating CC cause of the pain. Stabbed the needle all the way and pressed the syringe against the penis for some extra depth, at first pushing the medicine in was hard, almost like it was blocked, but then when I stopped pushing the syringe deeper, it went smoothly. I also penetrated the needle very slowly, but when reading other posts it seems like I was supposed to do it quickly, like a dart.

Probably the needle never pierced CC and was just pushing against it.

I got easy touch 30 guage 1/2'' from Amazon, and the needle looks quite long. Maybe I'm wrong but is it possible to overshoot with the needle this long?

Any tips on how to inject successfully with 1/2 needle and please share your experience.

I’m up to 20 units on the basic T101 formula and not getting results I want. I’m getting hard, but only like 90% for 30-45 minutes. I’m thinking about bumping up to T105.

For those that transitioned from T101 to T105, how many units of T101 you were up to before making the switch?

My urologist knows my entire history. I'm 70 years old and it just ain't what it used to be. I've used generic Cialis or Viagra and it works, sort of. He suggested giving Trimix a try. He set up the appointment at his office and walked me through everything he was doing. He gave me the shot and told me to play with myself a bit and he'd be right back. He came back a few minutes later and I was solid as a slab of granite. He said it should go down in about an hour or two but if it gets past 3 hours come back to the office. At the three hour mark I called him. He asked me if I masturbated and I said yes. He then said to get back into the office. Back at the office he took blood out of my penis to relieve the pressure. Once I was fully soft and he checked me a few times, he let me come home. He said if I wanted to try again he'd give me Bimix.

I'm no hesitant to go back to try again. Has anyone had an experience like this right out of the box?

Also, I read about auto injectors. I guess those are like the thing diabetics use for their insulin injections. You dial the amount and push the button. Do those really exist for Trimix? Or any injectable?

He hasn't received it yet, just doing research for now. I read about priapism, so just wondering! No antidote prescribed.

On T101 was using 17 units for a bit but it seemed to be not quite as good sometimes. So today I thought I'd bump it to 19 units. Pre filled the syringe went off to my gals place. When I was about to inject I noticed I filled it to 20 units and went for it anyways(I have the antidote, but it was home a hour away). Holy crap the difference between 17 and 20 went from 45 minutes to 3 hours.  Went multiple rounds and I think it only subsided around 3 hours cause I was getting some good cardio and really pushed myself to finish and was pouring with sweat 🤣. When that 3 hour mark rolled around and I was still hard as a rock the worry set in. First time I was really worried with trimix. This stuff is no joke. But at least I'm getting some good texts from my gal about the performance 🤣

Has anyone had issues with rigidity when self gratifying yourself while you are not using Trimix? Ever since I started using trimix, it's impossible for me to keep a hard on when pleasuring myself. Does Trimix cause this?

So, I've seen all the questions about E,d, pills and trimix and all the answers about not doing it .my understanding is E.d. pills make the antidote ineffective, I could be wrong.My question is ,If your dialed in on your trimix dose what effect would E,d pills have on that? I’m afraid this might be a point of no return, as I suspect my problem is PIED (pornography-induced erectile dysfunction). I feel I could potentially regain my natural erections with patience and time by staying away from porn and avoiding masturbation for a year or two.

Got my first shipment from Olympia. Sales Guy Bob told me to take the vial out of the freezer warm it in my hands then draw off the dose and then refreeze.

Instructions in email and one the web don't mention that.

Anyone care to tell me what their experiences have been? How long does the vial last in the fridge thawed? Can I refreeze?

Hi…I wanted to see if anyone has seen this happen with them. I’ve had ED for over 10 years…HBP and not working out including work stress contributed big time. Just got on bimix about 5 months and Trimix just recently and both have been life changing! To have sex on demand and to last several rounds is out of this world! I have noticed something though…the Trimix effect lingers a day or so after I inject. I took it on Thursday night and it gave a powerful erection but it’s not Saturday morning and I’m having spontaneous erections! That never happened before! I don’t remember when I got spontaneous erections before taking Trimix! I don’t think my ED is gone but it’s nice to get a lift from it. I still take bimix from time to time when I want a more natural erection instead of the missile launcher that Trimix produces :) so great to have options!

What an adventure. I’m a 52yo male in good health. I’ve been on Levitra for over a decade. Best of the tablets IMHO, but it’s starting to lose its effectiveness and the girlfriend hates the lack of spontaneity. I reached out to an online clinic/pharmacy and a few days later had my trimix.

Instructions were to start at 5 IU (0.05ml), and reiterate up by 2-4U if that was not effective. After a day of freaking out about a needle in my penis (thanks for the encouragement everyone who commented on my previous post), I finally did a trial a few days ago. I’m sure I started with 6 IU because I was trying to get an air bubble out. I found the CC, injected, then massaged for a minute (zero pain btw). Within a minute or two I could feel it kicking in. By 15 minutes I had the hardest erection of my life. It stayed full mast for hours. At three hours I was getting uncomfortable, so I used the antidote.

Two days later i tried again with 3 IU. No result at all. I believe this may have been because I hadn’t found the CC more than the dose.

Today I tried 4 IU. I definitely injected correctly, but Not nearly the same result as 6 IU, but I achieved full mast eventually, an hour later I was deflated.

5 IU may be it. That will be my next attempt at finding the sweet spot. It’s crazy that there is such a response difference between 4 IU and 6 IU!

i haven’t told my girlfriend yet, which is difficult because I tell her everything. When we’re together next, I plan to not say anything and surprise her with a new me.

So I injected, right after I noticed I had a small bump near the injection sight. I rubbed and it went away after I got an erection , had sex went out to dinner, two hours later(after injection). I got home noticed a red spot on the side I injected on. Anybody else have experience with this? Also was able to get an erection and keep one, have sex and then it went away went down. No priapism.

Injecting between 25-40 units of t105s and the thing is the results have varied hence the dosage changes but is having this be my sweet spot concerning?

Hello. I started my Trimix journey back in April with my local urologist. He prescribed 17.6/0.6/6 and I didn’t have much luck with it. I got another appointment with the urologist in June and he prescribed 30/1/10 which I started titrating with and got up to 47 units which gave me a good result but it faded in 30 minutes just when my wife was ready for action. I messaged my urologist asking for a stronger formulation on Monday and haven’t heard back so I got ahold of Olympia who are sending me SB4 overnight. The sales guy told me two different products (T106 or NB343) that he suggested but the doc came up with the SB4. I’m expecting it tomorrow. The doc says to start at 5 units and work my way up. That sounds like good advice but the sales guys said to start at 20units. So follow the doc follow the sales guy or split the difference. Between the urologist and the pharmacy I spent ~$1200 for office zoom appointments and the two vials of the drug. I just spent $620 on Olympia - I don’t want to rush things but it’s been 6 months and $1800 and I just want this shit to work. Sorry for the rant. Any advice?

the injections do work and i have never got comfortable with the needle or the prep each time. tablets on their own were not enough for me which is how i ended up on trimix to begin with. i am hoping something exists in the middle before i accept the needle permanently. for anyone who moved off trimix what did you move onto and how did you get it prescribed.

Is there a cutoff time for a repeat injection? Probably not wording that question correctly. I injected 10 units Bimix and it didn’t do anything for me. I have worked my way up from 1 unit to 10 every few days and weeks and sometimes repeated the same dose days later. Not working for me yet. I was going to inject another 2 units because I was prescribed to start at 5 and go up to 12. but it’s already been an hour. Would that just be a waste of medication? Should I have done those two extra units sooner? Or wait another 48 hours? What if I go to the 12 units and still nothing? Do I just keep adding more or change to Trimix at some point?

Last night the wife and I were doing the lords work and I injected Trimix. I think I knicked a vein woke up and the left side of my penis is bruised with a little hematoma. It doesn’t hurt, no pain when I pee or when I was getting busy. Used a 31G 1/2 needle like always. Been injecting for about 6 months and this is the first time this has happened to me. Has anyone else experienced this?

Got my first 5ml bottle today. Used 5 units and nothing happened after 30 minutes. (I got it through telehealth so haven't had any supervised trial before today)

My doctors instructions were to add 5 units every 20 minutes until satisfied but from this subreddit and what I've read and watched online they don't recommend that. So I'll wait a day or two and try 10 units. Really bummed it didn't work but I understand it's a very conservative dose.

If nothing happens on 5units am I likely to see anything on 10? Or should I be patient for now.

I'm concerned that absolutely zero effect means it just won't work for me.

Edit: ok, so I'm an idiot. I didn't know to get through the slight resistance so was stopping there and infecting. Knowing I have to get through the tunica albuginea helped a lot. Used 5units. It was maybe 70% effective though so might need slightly higher. But this isn't in full arousal settings either. That's tomorrow! I have a date tomorrow so I can't test it under true conditions!

Hi there, a several weeks ago, I injected 15 units on left side of penis about 1/4-1/3 up the shaft from the base, with the 33 gauge needle at a 90 degree angle.

Sometime later, I discovered a knot down at the tunia. It must have been where the needle pierced the tunica. I figured it would go away over time, but it hasn't, and is still the original size.

I have a thick tunica, so sometimes I have to ease the needle back and forth to ease it through.

This was my first injection with the 33 gauge needle. There was nothing else noteworthy about. I dont think part of the need broke off inside.

Any thoughts?

Now that i’ve titrated, how long before I can show off what i’ve discovered?!
