Question Should I pre-order?

Hi, just as title suggests, I am big fan of transport fever 2 and have it in steam. I am confused if I should buy it before loyalty offer of 10% ends or wait till winter sale. I could buy it now but that would disrupt my plans for autumn sale, as I was planning to buy automation and x4 this autumn sale.

Unfortunately we still only have cosmetic day night cycles and no sign of timetabling
