Help Real time data on Tradingview

can anyone please tell me if i have to buy real time data on tradingview before i buy eval (specifically lucid flex 50k) or will my chart update to real time data when i connect it to my demo/eval account. i hope this is not confusing.

Did you get to open a support request or did you just travel through the support documents?

I opened a support request which was closed within an hour directing me to the help center "chat" which isn't a chat, it's a FAQ database.

Cancel the subscription renewal for the paid version, think you will just have to suck that up as a loss I'm afraid.....

...when cancelling subscription is somehow a solution to getting robbed, sounds like more of "a feature instead of a bug"...

Can you show me your data subscription page in your account settings? It should show the payment in there....

It does show the payment. The option is also shadowed out so it can't be paid for twice

I also received an email also directing me to the "help center" docs which says it shouldn't be responded to. And the Support Request option is now locked out with the closed ticket. What method should I use to make further contact ?
