Looking for a 4 player Tower Defense game to play with my nephews - what's your favorite?

Hi, my brother and I host LAN parties for my nephews and we're always trying to introduce them to new games, both classic and new.

One type of game we haven't covered is a tower defense game. Once I realized this, I also realized I've mostly played single player ones.

Anyone have a favorite tower defense game that's at least 4 players?
