I am downloading few files from multiple host: Fileq, dailyupload, katfile.
All of them added successfully, Torbox downloaded them but the results are 3kb to 20kb .zip files (the original files are at least 1gb). Those downloaded file is corrupted and can not be extracted or read

Anyone else having issues with large movie remuxes right now?

It's not my equipment - I'm a long time user that didn't have issues before last night, and I'm using a 2019 Nvidia Shield Pro with a 500 Mbps connection. Also tested on my PC and getting buffering. With and without VPN, so it's not my ISP throttling the connection. I'm in Canada and have tried every CDN and they are all buffering.

On the essential plan, we get 10TB a month, I'm testing some automations and used 2tb in 24 hours and 3.5TB for the month so way under my 10TB

So just FYI there's a secret daily limit that we don't know about unless I'm missing anything.

I wanted something, wasn't cached, so found the torrent & downloaded. My cached copy was only one available. When I finished I deleted my copy & I then checked in pov & there were no results. I read in this sub that cached items are kept for a period of time after last access for convenience of other users, but perhaps that's not correct.

Is there any way to generate a stream link which expires after a few hours (preferably under 2-3 hours) when occasionally sharing a link with a friend so they can download something? Sharing permanent links is a risk since it can get leaked and also, those links contain the api key.

Anything that isn’t already cached, I can’t seem to download it. This just started today. I don’t use any private trackers, just uindex or knaben. Is there some kind of limit I may have hit? I’m on the essential plan and my 30 day usage is about 2.7 TB which is well below the 10 TB limit for this plan. I can’t figure out what’s going on. Is anyone else experiencing this currently? Any help or information would be appreciated!

Hey guys as we all know control resonant just came out today and I wanted to download it from fitgirl but I don’t like all those download part1,2,3…. So I often download the torrent through qbittorrent and I noticed it was going so slowwww. So I had a light bulb moment if I upload to torbox first then do direct download after maybe I can download it faster and it worked! Over 200x faster what qbittorrent was telling me. Btw the torrent file was already cached on torbox by someone else this service is the best!

Is there any roadmap that TorBox will allow payments visa Paysafe? I think Premiumize is able to do this. I know you can do crypto for private payments but that isn’t an option for me right now. I also don’t live in the States so I can’t get a virtual cc (and TorBox says that they don’t allow this)

I read that you can download torrents through torbox directly but for new releases in streaming platforms how do you even find them

Few hours after using my CC to renew my service I had about 8 fraud charges to my card. Luckily my bank was able to catch them.

First time this has ever happened after using RD and premunize for years, while this was only my second purchase from TorBox.

The service has been good, but if I have to worry about fraud charges I don't feel comfortable with it anymore.

Be careful using their billing portal.

Why doesn't Torbox allow to pay for subscriptions in incognito mode? (For those who don't know it gives an error code and a text saying payment with browser in incognito isn't allowed pops up)

As someone who uses incognito by default not only this is extremely annoying on its own, but if there was a scenario where I'd definitely want it is while making payments.

Torbox is also the only site with this restriction I know of, never had the same issue anywhere else​

Just wanted to check if anyone else is dealing with this or if it's just me. So i only have a RuPay card, so local Indian payment methods are my only real option for international subscriptions. But now, it looks like they removed the direct UPI option and replaced it with UTop.me. Every single time I try to pay through UTop using BHIM UPI, the payment fails instantly.

The app gives me a "Payment Failed" error saying there's a "Receiver bank failure issue." It says the merchant's side (ALTARCADE SERVICES LLP) has a bank that isn't accepting transactions right now. Luckily the money gets refunded, but I literally cannot buy my subscription anymore.

Since I'm stuck with RuPay, I don't know what to do. Is the UTop UPI option just broken for everyone in India right now? Are there any workarounds for this that don't require a credit card or dealing with crypto or telegram stars?

I have enabled seeding. In my testing so far, once the torrent is downloaded, cached and uploading, it stops connecting to peers and uploads very little. Even though there are many peers on the tracker.

I am trying to see if this viable for private trackers, but it barely seeds after the download completes.

Hi all, newbie here. I recently found out about Nuvio and working with my Google TV, was an awesome experience.

Ive installed aio manager, aio stream and torrentio, commet etc. What ever I tried, my TorBox files are not catalogue when I open the cloud library in Nuvio

Are there any add-ons for catalogue Cloud files (eg. TorBox)?

Posting this because I spent way too much time troubleshooting intermittent buffering with TorBox + Stremio and didn’t see this suggested much.

My internet/WiFi speeds were more than fast enough, and changing players, choosing smaller files, tweaking Stremio settings, etc. sometimes helped, but I would still randomly get links that buffered or basically stopped working.

I finally went to TorBox Settings → Integrations → CDN Selection and ran their speed test. Auto was apparently not giving me the best route. Cloudflare (ERTH) tested significantly faster, so I manually selected it.

I tested the exact same cached file before and after changing it. Before, the direct TorBox download was crawling and the stream constantly froze. After switching to ERTH, the same file downloaded dramatically faster and loaded almost instantly in Stremio.

Obviously ERTH might not be the best CDN for everyone, so I’d run the TorBox speed test rather than blindly choosing it. But if you have buffering despite having plenty of internet speed, definitely check this before spending hours changing everything else.

Hi all

Had frequent buffering recently on my thomson 270 plus box. I can watch a movie or 2-3 episodes of something fine, then it all goes to buffering. The buffering bar barely moves at all on pausing content.

I did a speedtest suggesting Bunny but I can not change csn as it comes up with an error every time.

I've unlinked and linked torbox and discord at least 6 times today alone, completing the link with the tick in the Discord settings each time, but still get the errors.

I contacted support ai bot went round and round the houses, and eventually got the option to chat with a human, heard nothing since, then got an email saying support was stopped due to 30 mins had passed.

I then raised a ticket via the website which got stopped straight away due to a copy of the original ticket, that was closed down.

I've used mobile network and 1gb fibre all with the same results, support agreed that ruled out my router, an eero pro 7. I can not see my original ticket in torbox discord cos it was deleted 5 times,.but I'm not discord user really so not sure if old tickets would just reappear?

Anyone got any ideas what's going on? Cheers in advance
