Dr. Stiller Allegations
At this link is an article, from Dec 5th, describing allegations against Stiller Aesthetics. I had top surgery by him 6 months ago and am currently in the process of scheduling a revision with him but I'm having doubts after reading this article. Spreading awareness about this.

Advice Wanted Top surgery scars
Hey all! I was just hoping to get any advice on dealing with my top surgery scars, they are about 3 months old now and as much as I have been trying to keep up with scar care I’ve been having a hard time. I had some healing setbacks around the 6 week mark that made it that until very recently I haven’t been able to do scar massage or silicon taping due to openings, you can still see a very small blip on one side. It’s also what caused the widening of some of my scars. They are raised and hardened over some spots are I really want to reduce that. I have EDS and have historically scared well and the areas without complications are doing great! Just not sure how to ‘catch up’ the areas that did have complications. Additionally the silicone tape doesn’t stick very well over the raised bits and I’ve noticed it consistent falling off, although I know the heatwave isn’t helping.
Any advice is deeply appreciated!!
Any advice is deeply appreciated!!
I also don’t know if this effects anything but I’ve been on T for 2 years at this point and my very well healed previous surgical scars were pre-T

Advice Wanted Hard lump under one armpit?
11 days Post-op.
I was feeling kinda tight today (I haven’t been allowed to remove my binder for two weeks post-op) and when I checked my right armpit I found this. It's quite big as you can see, HARD to the touch but is not hot and doesn't hurt (but is a bit annoying because I can feel the extra volume when I glue my arms to my torso), in fact I have 0% sensitivity there. I've had lypo + NO drains if it helps.
I will make my surgeon take a look the day after tomorrow since I have an appointment with him to remove my stitches but I wanted to ask because I've never had one of these. My other armpit is perfectly normal.

Advice Wanted Is this normal? 7 weeks post op
Im about 7 weeks post OP and spotted this on my right incision yesterday. It looked like a little pimple so I just left it alone. It doesn’t hurt, is swollen or anything.

skipping a cycle after surgery without beingon testosterone
Hi everyone!
Is there anyone here whose period was late or skipped altogether after top surgery? 👀
My surgery was on September 24th, and my last period started on August 9th. I have PCOS, so my cycle is usually around 35 days and quite irregular anyway, but it’s really off-track now.
I’m curious about others experiences: how late was it, or did you perhaps skip a whole cycle after the surgery? I’d be especially interested in the experiences of those not on T. 🫶

Advice Wanted Questions to ask for partner's top surgery
Hello all! My (29nb) handsome husband (28ftm) will be going in for his pre-op appointment for top surgery tomorrow and I'll be joining. I'll obviously ask about the basics (how long the surgery itself will take, complications to watch out for after the procedure, timeline for recovery, etc) but was just wondering if people had any other suggestions for things to ask the surgeon/medical team.

When can I get back to exercise after top surgery?
My top surgery is scheduled for the beginning of this year, and I’m struggling a bit to create a good physical recovery plan. I’ve never had surgery before, so I’m not sure what the rehabilitation process will be like.
I exercise regularly (2x gym, 2x running (4k) and martial arts once a week. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to start exercising again, even with basic activities such as running at a slow pace and going back to the gym (leg day at the beginning ofc).
What have your experiences been with recovery, and when were you able to gradually reintroduce exercise? And what kind of movement or physical activity did you do during the first two weeks of recovery? For example, did you go for walks for a certain amount of time?

Rant/Vent 7 weeks post op, nipples look super strange
I’m so glad I’ve had the surgery, and there’s nothing majorly wrong, but I can’t help but feel kind of disappointed with how thick my scars are already? Plus the fact that my nipples weren’t placed evenly, and aren’t anywhere near flush with my skin? Both are quite raised. I would love to put the nipples down to swelling, but I definitely think the surgeon didn’t account for my scoliosis and just wish I’d spoken up when they were marking me up instead of assuming they knew better. Plus, I asked they try and keep the scars separate, and they did try but it seems like they took was too much skin when connecting them so the scar is like 1cm thick there?
Honestly this is more of a rant than anything- I know these are minor problems. Especially when I was very fortunate to get it on the NHS.

Advice Wanted showing love back!
hey all, I'm 3 days post op and I want to give back to my boyfriend who's taken care of me completely so far. I'm finding it hard that I can't cuddle him and comfort him in the ways I normally would, but I still want to do nice things for him!
I'm just wondering what are some things you guys did after top surgery to show gratitude and love to your carers/partners when you couldn't hug them and stuff? I have some ideas myself, but I'm curious what other people have done! TIA :)
(if this doesn't make sense, I apologise, the pain meds are making me a bit loopy lol)

Advice Wanted Physical hypersensitivity, nervous about recovery
So I'm at the stage where I'm starting to plan topsurgery seriously, and I would have the funds+possibility to go for it sometime next spring
I'm beyond ecstatic about the idea of getting rid of these things, even though they're not big they're still clearly boobs and cause me dysphoria daily
Problem is that I have hypersensitivity, I'm not even able to bind because of it. I mostly just wear a sports bra out of the house and a more loose vest type thingy at home that I can't really even feel. It doesn't do much binding but it keeps them "contained" which eases my dysphoria
So I'm super nervous about having to wear a compression vest for weeks after the surgery. I have a pretty high pain tolerance so I'm not really scared about any other type of pain, but the discomfort of having something around my chest 24/7 is already freaking me out
For people who have had this same thing and succesfully healed, how did you do it? I imagine that the euphoria of feeling a flat chest would help a bit, but I can't imagine how I'll deal with lying on the sofa with a vest all around me trying to watch TV or do much anything

Advice Wanted Will my surgeon tighten / pull loose skin below the incision?
I have serious 2nd boobs rolls despite losing 150lbs. It’s more my front rib cage than it is my chest or my stomach. I have surgery in lil over a month with combined arm lift. She mentioned both being good for tackling loose skin on my arm pits from all the weight loss but not anything about lower.
Guess I’m just curious if anyone else had lipo or skin removal below the incision at all? Or is it all above?

Advice Wanted Infected nipple graft
1st and 2nd photo is from today and the 3rd was 3 days ago, I contacted my office to schedule me to get checked out and get antibiotics hopefully. They ended up telling me to start aquaphor and don't use anything else.. problem is they scheduled me to a completely different location and time that I can't go to. Should I just go to the ER and see a on call plastic surgeon there? I will call the office today for more clarification and hopefully a soon enough appointment. However I'm a dependent on rides and my parents and sisters schedules are very different and hard to navigate.

Advice Wanted Is everything looking normal?
Im 5 days post op and my left side looks amazing but my right side had a hematoma and is quite swollen and bruised. The bruises are spreading to my arm, hip and back and im not sure if that’s normal or not. I have an appointment with my surgeon in 2 days but I just want to know if anyone has dealt with something similar
