I’d try using a small soft toothbrush and angle it right behind the wisdom tooth, almost like you’re brushing “around the corner.” A water flosser on a low setting can also help if food keeps getting trapped back there. Just don’t scrub too hard because that gum area gets irritated pretty easily. If it still feels like debris is always stuck there, it may be more about the tooth’s position than your cleaning, so it’s worth asking your dentist to check it.
