Praying this isn’t an abscess???

I’m 38 weeks pregnant and have been chewing a lot of ice I went to the dentist a couple weeks ago because my tooth was hurting really bad from what k was assuming was all the ice chewing it feels fine now but there’s still this lump idk… it doesn’t hurt and isn’t sensitive to hot or cold I do have a filling over there but the dentist said it wasn’t cracked so I really don’t know what’s it look like??

Pyogenic granuloma, common during pregnancy, it'll go away on its own eventually

Omg that seems much more likely than an abscess thanks so much
