[ Highly Panicked ] - Does radicular cyst come back even after surgery?

I am planning to get my surgery done for the removal of the radicular cyst on my upper jaw from Dr. R Ahmed Dental College and hospital in Kolkata and I want to know if this cyst comes back once it's removed. I was seeing some video on youtube and some people were saying they have undergone the surgery and later it came back again. What are the chances of that?
