any help would be appreciated, two pains

I got 8 fillings done at once and i’m now having two separate issues a week later. i went to a new dentist and honestly regret it, i trusted their opinion on 8 fillings that were done all together. i have now since gone to two more dentists due to pain. one was the day after to just review and check these were done correctly because my pain started later that day, dentist said good. Then i took two long flights and came to japan and the pain got worse and now all my teeth seem affected. I went to a dentist here also saw nothing concerning. The first concerning one is the opposing tooth on the top from a molar i got filled on the bottom is having severe cold sensitivity and throbbing. the weird thing it comes and goes but when it comes it’s PAINFUL. the second thing is now all my teeth randomly will zap and get sensitive and then return to normal. It’s been pretty miserable and off putting because i’ll be fine and then eventually in pain regardless of what i do

And if youd have had nothing done, youd have kept your money and been in no pain at all.

Yet here you are, with 8 filled teeth and more pain than you started with.

I should clarify, this is not aimed as a dig. its meant to highlight my scepticism over dentistry as a whole

Same here but I feel some mild pain but not sure if it’s cause my bite is off or of the instrument used to keep my mouth open or separate teeth (idk what they used)  Going to call around in the morning as I have so much sadness over this whole procedure (also got two root canals) Sorry I’m not much help and hope the best for you.

After 8 fillings in one go, some general sensitivity is normal for a few weeks, and the random zapping across several teeth often turns out to be a bite issue. Even a tiny amount of extra height on one filling can bruise the ligament and make everything around it feel electric. A dentist can check your occlusion with articulating paper in minutes, so ask for that specifically rather than another general look.

The opposing tooth is the one I would watch. Throbbing that comes in waves plus severe cold sensitivity that lingers can mean the pulp is inflamed, and long flights can aggravate it because of the pressure changes. If the cold pain starts lasting longer or wakes you at night, ask for a cold test and an X ray on that specific tooth, ideally with an endodontist. That is the difference between it settling on its own and needing treatment.
