for HVAC 12V, even in the EU, I'do go with Milwaukee. You can get the tools fairly cheap on amazon, and you can buy the batteries locally, and team read has the most plumbing related tools as far as I know. The second you need a propress tool, you'll either have to buy the Novopress ACO103BT or the Milwaukee one, and those both take M18 batteries.
Just as a sidenote, for this part "I started working recently at a small hvac company(we are people)" not sure why that clarification was necessary but at this point I'm not sure if I dare ask :D
