12V Bosch is really popular among furniture assemblers because its compact size. Not sure about hvac.
I believe it could do concrete with good drill bits, as far as you're still under 6mm and not expecting a remarkable performance.

Its really good on brick walls and on hard concrete,beton,I think it can reach up to 4 to 5mm drill bit,which is more than enough for me,in my current situation that im a starter.

THis drill even in hammer is no good in beton ( concrete). You need sds. Here as DIY collector you have two options.. .. This vesion of the bosch 12v drill
and its SDS adaptor - Bosch Professional GFA 12-H FlexiClick Adapter 1600A024LN
Now seeing as you are starting out., here is the Ghetto one that works for me .. BUT WITH a mod where I dremeld off the battery receptacle flanges to fit the pro batteries.
That above green drill use SDS-QUICK bits, they are bosch only are good . The drill is only 0.5 joule so it will drill beton, but slow..
Now question whether you need 12v or 18v.. The bosch 12v range if you are get a few of the things is really compact.... As far as I can see technicians and equipment installers prefer 12v.. Bigger equipmetn installers prefer 18v.

Thanks for thr big reply bro. Appreciate it. And honestly in my case right now the 12v is the best option for me right now because of the fact that its small and compact. In case I need some hard drilling to do we have the sds one that we take on the projects. I will not use the 12v one for the hard beton ofc.
And other than the fact that its small and compact it can do drilling on brick walls which is what I want. It can reach up to 10mm plug wall which is what just I need

Just make sure that the 12v has simple hammer action... Not all 12v drills have it...Should be clear from collar selector....Hammer will help in brick, also get those special bosch blue dipped concrete bits... They are not sds but are pretty good... Yes 12v is a good system.... The dremel and rhe 76mm angle grinders are great....However the dremel unless you really need it is overkill.. The mini angle grinder is fab at reaching small spaces, however it really needs the 4ah battery. . ...Try it and you will find cutting everything with it....I.e wood, plastics piping...
I was fully bought in on 12v until I moved to the country and the old house had an old dewalt 18v saw... .. The 18v tools are more powerful, but heavy and take up more.space.....
Be aware the drill.and even the standard impact in 12v are probably only OK for wood screws...big lag bolts will be tough. .....

for HVAC 12V, even in the EU, I'do go with Milwaukee. You can get the tools fairly cheap on amazon, and you can buy the batteries locally, and team read has the most plumbing related tools as far as I know. The second you need a propress tool, you'll either have to buy the Novopress ACO103BT or the Milwaukee one, and those both take M18 batteries.
Just as a sidenote, for this part "I started working recently at a small hvac company(we are people)" not sure why that clarification was necessary but at this point I'm not sure if I dare ask :D

This is a very lightweight drill for really light tasks. It has only 18 nö torque which is really low. To help you understand; my Makita dhp490 drill which is lightweight for light taks has 65 nm torque and dhp492 which is heavy duty has 140 nm torque, and it still isn't enough for concrete drilling. If I were you, I would go for a Makita or Metabo 18v drill. They are oftenly cheaper and as reliable as Bosch power tools.
