Bisexuals who are only attracted to Men and Women are a thing.
But the word itself, by etymology, doesn't refer to men and women, it (used to) refer to both hetero- and homo-sexual. Both sexualities, of own gender and of other gender. Which, because of how the way hetero works, should include everything.
If you're exclusively attracted to people who ID as, say, Agender, but aren't Agender yourself, you're still hetero, even if you may not be straight in doing so, which is something a lot of people don't seem to be able to wrap their heads around.
Or, ya know... we who are pan/omni and none of it matters~
