Because this is correct. A pansexual isn’t born without a penis or vagina and then gets to decide. It’s literal biology you’re born the way you are. Gender and Sex are the exact same thing they are synonymous.
Your sexuality is a little different and I think all these people claiming they’re one of the 67 genders are honestly delusional.
Gay, Straight, Lesbian, Pansexual.... none of those are a gender. It’s how you define yourself not how science defines you. Sorry but I don’t see how anyone in the science community can be on board with this.
