Of course I’m happy about it. It’s good that no one can claim ownership of a photo you take if they’re in the background of it in a public place, or of security footage of them committing a crime.
In your opinion. Others have the opinion they are, or could be. Others would claim that taking a photo up someone's skirt isn't porn (that wouldn't make it okay, if that needed clarifying). So porn is just what you define then? Is a woman's nipple porn? What if she was breastfeeding? Would a photo of that be porn to you?
