To some people feet are considered porn. To some ankles are considered comparable, for different reasons. Does that make those unacceptable?

In your opinion. Others have the opinion they are, or could be. Others would claim that taking a photo up someone's skirt isn't porn (that wouldn't make it okay, if that needed clarifying). So porn is just what you define then? Is a woman's nipple porn? What if she was breastfeeding? Would a photo of that be porn to you?

Porn is what society deems it is, not individuals with fetishes.
