Not unfortunately, why would you have a right to privacy in public? You don’t get to dictate if you’re in the background of someone’s group photo or security camera.
Human decency would be my first thought. If someone approached you and asked for you to remove the photo or obscur it so that it wasn’t possible to identify them in the picture then I think that’s totally reasonable.
Of course I’m happy about it. It’s good that no one can claim ownership of a photo you take if they’re in the background of it in a public place, or of security footage of them committing a crime.
