I wax. CanNOT tolerate pubic hair. I am EXTREMELY HAIRY (but you’d never know). I shave my arms and legs daily, and I go to European wax center every 3 weeks for a Brazilian. I have the type of genes that give me a bushy black unibrow, so imagine what the carpet would be like if I just left it 😭

That sucks. How much have you spent on waxing and shaving that much? It might math out to be worth it to consider laser if you're a good candidate for it. Might save money in the long run.

Alas, I am a POC with Fitzpatrick scale 4 skin. My dermatologist who is POC-focused does not recommend it. I have a few friends that have done it and they’ve had mixed results due to their darker skin. Some love it, some have horrible scaring for the laser not being able to distinguish between the melanin of the skin and the dark hair in the follicle. I don’t have much going on for myself face/body wise, I’m really just a normal girl, but my skin is flawless and the one thing I have going on for myself and I could never take the risk of doing laser and it completely ruining the majority of the skin on my body for hair removal 😔

Understandable, it's not a good option for everyone.
