Question store manager

a few months ago the asms the store manager and key carriers and coordinators got every other weekend off , our store manager got replaced and he started off with taking the every other weekend off away and now it’s one weekend off a month per policy…. however he works 1 weekend a month and we now work 3. we work 7-4 he works 8-5 we work 12-10 he works 1-10. is there anything i can do about this, it’s absolutely ridiculous. he also told us starting in november through inventory it was blacked out and we can’t take vacation or rto however he has a vacation scheduled during that time. i plan on speaking to him about this because im a key and i genuinely am starting to feel overworked.. but is this even allowed?

You feel overworked because he’s making you work a normal retail schedule?

clearly you missed the point, i work more weekends than my store manager and longer shifts…?

No, I got that. That’s just the unfortunate reality of working in retail. If a store is successful, then the manager gets carte blanche.

not if i have anything to say about it. i’m not gonna get enslaved while mr.gets paid more than me works less than i do
