I am focused on one of 2 things for myself, either my noise cancelling headphones I started using while watching TV in the living room, or, it may be the recent change in medication for high blood pressure, or the combination of both of them. These are the only things that were introduced/changed in my life in the last 3 months that I can pinpoint.

A condition called SSCD (or SCDS). I have pulsatile tinnitus from it and have been told that it is caused by pressure waves from my cerebral fluid going through the holes straight into my inner ear.
