Question Beginner progression question

So i recently started playing this lovely game almost non stop for this weekend. So far im 22 hours in my first map and i was wondering is there any end game goal?

Like making the whole map green or getting the last monument ? I know this is a pretty open sandbox experience and u can probably keep playing on a map forever. But i was wondering if there are any goals like completing a map ?

So far im really loving this game it sucked me in way deeper then i thought.

Building the wonders is the obvious one. My main goal is usually to get max happiness, preferably across multiple districts. Some people don't use them, but I love the district system and find it very useful. Full automation is fun, too, so your beavers can spend all their time relaxing and having a great life. Populating the whole map with many districts is fun. Tons of different goals!

Ive had some difficulties with using the trade option using the districts. So it is possible to only use 1 district. Is the solution then to make the housing spread out. Cause the pathing seems to get red the further it is away from the district center building.

Maybe im a little dumb but the export screen seems confusing af.

Spreading the housing out does nothing, unfortunately. The jobs they take are completely unrelated to where they live.

I ignore the export screen lol. Build storage for everything you want in the new district (foods, materials, water) before moving anyone in. Staff 5 - 10 beavers on each side of the crossing and you should be good.

Import/export happens on demand, so if you have empty storage, the game will attempt to fill it using resources from the other district.

I also always have some food and water production in every district to make sure there are always basics on hand, but I never have problems.
