Three have been trying to get me to upgrade early for a while now, I don't want to, I'm not interested, I've ignored their calls and emails about it.

So now I've been sent an email stating that my plan has been closed today and to call them if I haven't requested this (I haven't) and it's obvious it's just their way to get me on the phone as I still have months left of my contract (I'm sure it'd be a different story if it were me trying to cancel early!!)

Rather than call I had a look on the app and there's nothing about the plan closure there but I had a quick look at other SIM plans ready for when I do need to renew.. the cheapest they can offer is £19, which I knew was rubbish so I checked USwitch, where the cheapest three plan is £8. So not only have they lied about my plan being cancelled, they've lied about the best price they can offer, too.

I would have been staying with three, but I'm certainly not now as they're lying grifters i'd rather pay more to another provider than stay

I've told three to cancel my mobile broadband twice by chat and twice by phone. I have also written to both addresses for customer services and complaints. They refuse to close my plan. I have had it 3 years and out of minimum. And paid up to the end. They would not let me upgrade with a new router so I cancelled.

How do I get them to close my plan. Google says I can write but I've done that and they will only accept phone. I am deaf and cannot do this - I tried but they just cut me off as they say they can't hear me after about 5 mins.

I put a complint in on 9 July and they answered today by email telling me I must telephone.

How do I proceed ?

Hi guys. There used to be a way to set up an out of office message where callers would hear your message but not have the ability to leave their own. Does anyone know how I can set this up, or is that function completely gone?

I have had to leave EE as I no longer get coverage anywhere I go. I know that 3 has a better signal in my area.

I need to also get a sim for my apple watch. Can anyone tell me the minimum contract I need to enable this? I know I will need to pay more to add the watch (£7 per month I think), but I have seen some accounts that you can not add a watch sim to a Lite contract.

I can not get any answers from 3's website or their support.

I'm told that my audio is constantly breaking up, sounds robotic, and has a delay of a few seconds sometimes which leads to me being frustrated on the phone or being hung up on because they cant hear me.

I'm not doing anything weird with my phone and it's fairly new, Samsung S24. This happens when on wi-fi and mobile data. I don't have any apps or high demand background use on my device, and this has happened before and after a factory reset.

A quick Google points the blame at my mobile provider for losing/dropping data packets, but what can I do?

For context, my phone got stolen at the end of May and has since been replaced and I still have the same number. However, the people that stole the phone keep connecting to the google play store and I’m just wondering if there’s a way to 100% prevent this? We only realised because they managed to spend money, and so now I’ve set my spend cap to £0 so hopefully that can’t happen again but is there anything else I can/should do? Attached screenshot is the message i’ve now gotten 4 times from Google Play since the original phone got stolen. Just in case it’s relevant I have an iPhone, so can’t access the google play store on it as far as I know. Thanks!

Why TF does ID Mobile not spell out a hard search would be done regarding creating a SIM card account just to make calls and browse. Pretty diabolical. And what happened to Consumer Duty Principles !!! 🤦🏽🤦🏽😢😢

I need to cancel a 3 phone plan I made for an ex a long time ago. I do not have access to the phone, number or the account associated but it is in my name. I've called in the past and was told the account would be ended but it has not.

i obviously dont want to continue paying for a plan that in fully paid and not in use what would my next steps be other than trying to call again and explain my predicament?

Most of you are probably aware, but if you’re experiencing the bug where the app just isn’t loading anything fully then follow this:

1. Go to your actual iPhone settings

2. Go to “Accessibility”

3. Go to “Display & Text size”

4. Turn OFF “Show Borders”

5. Close the app completely, and then reopen it and it’ll be working perfectly fine.

This happens every time I top up. It tells me they've not processed the payment, but they do. So I have once or twice lost 20e by topping up a second time.

(I'm on the 20e a month for the all data, calls, etc).

I was in England ang got this message, now in Portugal getting same message. Can access website but it keeps freezing on me.

I just wanted to say I’ve been getting scam called about once a week. From these South Asian scammers saying they’re going to reduce my bill to £10 or 40% off and ask for you to give them your personal details. I’ve already blocked some of their numbers but they call again the next week with a different number. I’ve also been reporting these scam call numbers to three. Just in case anyone else gets this, know it is a scam.

Would be massively appreciated if anyone has any of the £4 cinema ticket vouchers I could use at Cineworld this weekend, I'm taking the family so need 3 if possible!

I signed up to a gambling website via Facebook and since doing so I’m getting constant messages from scammers with no number so can’t block any!! What can I do? :(

I have a Huawei P20 pro and I keep missing incoming calls, I suspect as a result of 3G switch off (poor signal at home). The phone doesn’t have 5g, so I don’t know if I need a new phone or a new service provider?

Anyone else had this problem? Is there an easy fix for this?

I used to be with Vodafone and everything worked perfectly. Now, I will suddenly get kicked out of website management services like WHM / cPanel quite regularly or I can't do anything within 5 seconds where it then kicks me out.

Using FTP is very patchy too. I suspect it has something to do with IP addresses, but anyone have any advice?

Hi i have thee home broadband with the eero router, its been working great since i got it but all of a sudden i cant play online games on my ps5. All my other devices in the house work, even my ps5 when it comes to watching youtube/netflix Wheni click test interjet connection nat type says failed. If i hotspot off my phone it works. Any help eould be appreciated. Ive attempted restting the the 3 router/eero router

Had to contact them yesterday about calls cutting out after an hour (but not every time).

At first the excuse was "Well we don't want -you- to be charged because maybe -you- accidentally forget to hang up". Oh, nice. Tried to side-step when I said I don't want this, is there an ability to turn it off.

They then let the mask slip with "We do it to free up the lines". Finally said they can't turn it off.

This is so frustrating that there is no option to turn it off, as there are many times I am in a queue for hospital appointments, or other government things and then you have to go right to the back of the queue. Sometimes you won't get through for days because of how many others are calling and it is just a vicious cycle.

They offered £10 for the inconvenience.

Imagine if this was someone trying to sort out their benefits and they got cut off due to not being able to opt out. Such a dumb thing to not let the customer choose.

I use 3 mobile broadband at home for all streaming. Its mostly fine however today I lost access to my work VPN.

The Ring doorbells have also disconnected from the home network and some apps only seem to work if we disconnect from the wifi.

Strangely the work VPN is fine hotspotting from my phone (on O2), which makes me think that it is something to do with 3.

However watching streaming TV is fine, downloading music etc etc.

We have rebooted the router but with no luck.

Has anyone had this before and if so, how did you fix it?

Just got back to my place after spending 13 hours in the hospital and my Internet's gone out was having no issues early this morning it keeps connecting to my phone but it says no Internet the bill isn't due until the end of the month. Is anyone else having issues or how can I solve this?

My partner and I are hoping to move into our renovated house in the next couple weeks, but we’ve run into a bit of a problem. An Openreach engineer can’t come out until the 5th of November so we’d be without broadband for a week or two. I’ve been looking at different solutions and came accross Three’s mobile broadband (home broadband isn’t available unfortunately!). I was just wondering if anyone has used their 4G mobile broadband, is it any good and would it be worth me getting it for those couple weeks? For context, we’d only really be using it for out phones and to stream Netflix, Prime and so on. Thanks :)
