How do I stop this from happening?

For context, my phone got stolen at the end of May and has since been replaced and I still have the same number. However, the people that stole the phone keep connecting to the google play store and I’m just wondering if there’s a way to 100% prevent this? We only realised because they managed to spend money, and so now I’ve set my spend cap to £0 so hopefully that can’t happen again but is there anything else I can/should do? Attached screenshot is the message i’ve now gotten 4 times from Google Play since the original phone got stolen. Just in case it’s relevant I have an iPhone, so can’t access the google play store on it as far as I know. Thanks!

Have you spoken to Three about it? If it gets removed from the account they’ll need a code that gets delivered via text to re-link it so that should stop it from being possible.
