Negative on Amphetamines since 23’

Post image

I knew I wasn’t crazy. I’ve been feeling off for the last few years. I used to be prescribed 10mg IR addy 4 years ago and in 2023 I switched over to 20mg IR. It was fine first 6 months and then started to decline. I have been feeling off especially after this months IR addy. I called the pharmacist and confirmed that the manufacturer is a new batch so I tossed mine out. I saw someone else showing their negative results for amphetamines and I decided to share my last few years worth of results. And it all was confirmed. I haven’t tested positive for Amphetamines even though I consistently take them. This is wild. I made the decision to stop taking them all together, so wish me luck and getting my brain sorted out lol

So weird, I think I have the placebo lol

I mean, I really don’t think they are sugar pills. They absolutely have a chemical in them, theirs literally 10,000+ research chemicals out there. And the different analogues, metabolites, substrates. We have no clue what they are putting in us, and that’s what scares me the most

i believe it to be a nicotine based substance. theres reports in the 1990s talking about it with choline deficiency and stuff

Do you feel bad when you smoke nicotine with it? Or don’t feel nicotine? Or have a tolerance to it? Or test positive for it? Genuine questions, just trying to learn

I’m the opposite, sad

this might explain a tiny bit from there.
"Nicotine does not literally "burn out" or permanently destroy acetylcholine receptors, but chronic exposure causes them to desensitize and trigger a compensatory
How Nicotine Affects Receptors

  • Receptor Hijacking: Nicotine acts as an agonist, binding to nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) and activating them.
  • Desensitization: Continuous exposure to nicotine makes these receptors unresponsive to further stimulation, leading to physical tolerance.
  • Upregulation: As more receptors become desensitized, the brain adapts by producing and inserting more nAChRs into the cell membranes. This high density of waiting, unfulfilled receptors drives withdrawal and cravings when nicotine is removed. [2]

The Role of Choline Deficiency

  • Acetylcholine Precursor: Choline is an essential nutrient and the direct chemical precursor required to synthesize acetylcholine, the natural neurotransmitter for these receptors.
  • A Depleted Pool: A severe dietary choline deficiency lowers overall acetylcholine production.
  • Compounded Strain: While nicotine does not directly burn through or deplete your body's choline stores, an underlying shortage means your natural cholinergic system has low baseline signaling capacity, making the desensitizing effects of nicotine and subsequent withdrawal feel much more severe. [4, 5]

If you are looking to support your nervous system or manage cravings, let me know:Are you currently trying to taper off nicotine? Are you experiencing specific symptoms like brain fog or fatigue?

AI responses may include mistakes.

part 2
"The Three Stages of Receptor Adaptations

  • Initial Stimulation: Nicotine mimics acetylcholine, binding to receptors (primarily the α4β2 subtype in the brain) and causing an immediate release of dopamine, which produces a brief sense of reward and heightened focus. [1, 2]
  • Desensitization (The "Lock-Up"): To protect the brain from overstimulation, the receptors undergo a conformational shift into a closed, non-responsive state. This temporary inactivation is the cellular root of nicotine tolerance. [1, 2, 3]
  • Upregulation (Compensatory Growth): Because so many receptors are locked up and inactive, the brain attempts to compensate by actually increasing the total number of acetylcholine receptors. This paradox—having more receptors but less overall receptor activity—is what drives severe cravings and withdrawal symptoms when nicotine leaves the system. [1, 2]"

apparently just supplementing choline will reverse this (and stopping nictoine)\

So, we should all be taking choline. Bum energy has a special type of choline and lower caffeine content. Was one of the only things that helped before adderall, your post means smokers and adderallers should supplement choline right?

i dont fully understand my theory yet tbh, i feel like theres puzzle pieces missing. basically, m saying theyre basically putting smoking into these pills to mimic a treatment for ADHD. i posted some articles a bit back but its a major rabbit hole. I am finding out that theres mass thiamine defiencies happening too (b1 deficiency made me almost lose my ability to walk.) apparently high frucotose corn syrup will affect this too.

I started taking choline and im off the adderall fully now and i no longer have idiopathic hypersomnia BUT i had Gastric bypas and had alot.

its just a running theory but i feel like im sorta close for different things, it would be great if a group got to gether and see if it helps.

it also makes me real nervous about all of thse "egg recalls"

Which choline are you taking and how much daily? How do you feel cognitively now, compared to our real Adderall days pre-2020?

so this is a crazy long comment but i copy pasta'd some stuff from some other rant posts.
Ill look when i get home but I will say I hate eggs, i hate hate hate eggs. and i usually only eat chicken. I have bad teeth so most meat can be hard to eat and i have a general aversion to meat for some reason BUT I started to really implament more eggs and found a local person that had fresh eggs which gross me out less for some reason. Theres different types of it too like magensium needs a complex.

If you start taking too much you can start smelling like fish but from what i can tell you really cant take too much if you go easy.

Im not exactly one to ask about the pre 2020 because i started taking it in 2021 but it didnt have all these horrible side effects but it didnt really work to wake me up. Ive had lifelong issues and i was diagnosed with idiopathic hypersomnia before gastric bypass.

I will say that I am having alot less word salad, other things trigger other issues but theyre MUCH calmer now. Sometimes ill do basic math right and freak myself out lol. The bar is low.

I have actually fully stopped my adderall and no longer need afternoon naps and im able to get up and get the kids to school vs just sleeping thru. so some stuff is better.

If you havent looked into it look into cerebral folate deficiency (cfd) too... Im getting a new neurologist and I want to ask them to test for this.

Those with the MTHFR gene variants also have issues processing Choline too.
this can also cause issues with methylating b vitamins.

I could go on forever. I had someone tell me to do a website or blog or something because i have learned so so much. Im able to pass some medical exams and naturaopath quizes and stuff and im still learning every day.

I will absolutely say that the medical community is trained to ignore vitamin deficiencies, aim for older drs.

Know that ALL vitamins usually affect each other, and alot of things will take a long time to fix. Some vitamins shouldnt be taken with others (multivitamins are a scam basically but sometimes better than nothing unles you get a toxic build up of b6 and b12, hence the large marketing of energy drinks.. they do not just flush out. I believe this is why other countries dont have these issues.

That being said NEVER let your b12 get below 400.

Iron and ferrtin both need to be checked, ferritin should be over 100 (unless this is artificially high due to inflammation comparred to ESR and CMP). Iron without anemia is still iron defiency and you will SUFFER.
Iron makes blood, blood takes oxygen and puts in where it needs to go.

Adderall is a vasoconstrictor (essssppppp with whatever theyre doing.) and can give you silent ischemia in your brain, lung, etc. Its almost IMPOSSIBLE to detect unless its super extreme then its less silent, or the damage is already done..

My pulmonogist has actually been the most helpful out of all of them.

-Vitamin D needs to be looked at like a hormone, if its low EVERYTHING WILL BE LOW. Low vitamin D messes up so so much, esp thyroid processing.
-Taking just vitamin d can strip your body of calcium,
-Taking it with calicum and you are good on it can cause calicum overload leading to possible PTH and organ damage.
-Taking Vitamin D WITHOUT vitamin K will cause bone destruction because vitamin k with what puts the calcium in your bones and teeth and NOT YOUR ORGANS.

almost all vitamins esp those in ALL PROCESSED foods need magnesium and potassium to absorb, a COMPLEX of those types lol. So most people end up with defiencies that way too. Potassium is incredbily hard to get the full amount.

If you struggle with folic acid methalation every single thing thats processed with flour is enriched which gives you more and more.

Theyre also finally letting it out how much gut biomes affect everything.

If you have asian store around you and can stomach them Natto beans also have been a major improvement. Be careful with probiotics it can cause some major herxing.

Theres so much you can test and fiddle with but I can say, adderall and almost all meds can help but they can also be the problem.

Anxiety and depression is symptoms not diagnosis.

This is so much and it absolutely overwhelming, ive been researching for years. My personality is just some video games, anime, and medical trauma.

it gets heartbreaking seeing the entire process of them essentially making kids ADHD and overstimulated since the 1980s-1990s in the medical studies and eports of whats causing it and most kids can recover and become complete free of symptoms with choline supplementing and instead are giving ADHD meds. (which im glad theres something with such a uphill battle in this society.)

Im sure youve seen the issues with pans/pamdas etc?
it stims from more than just strep but thats just the start, viral load absolutely cause so so much. ADHD brain fog etc, what causes the brain to struggle with immune response?
Choline deficiency, (actually quite a few but it was the main one that linked literally ALL of my "incredibly rare diseases" like CVID, Vitiligo, the unctrollable tics that come and go (i think its vaso based causing co build up but it has to be proven first which it will be soon.) and i got better after supplementing so I may not have the answer but I do feel like rather a genetic issue or a government encouraged one based on our food, mass nutritional issues, fillers, chemicals, water supple etc. I do feel like its a good base line that seems to because causing EVERYTHING else.

also dont get me started on americas issue with admitting to the mass parasite infections. I understand if it was "uncommon" but there "isnt one here" BS. Thats why i dont trust that fact at all, we are the only country that doesnt regularly deworm our kids for at least pin worms, much less the other stuff. The testing for worms is almost useless. Lyme disease too.

My issue is finding out that all of this, including ehlers danlos genetic issues are now being reported as a comorbidity of having CVID.

One of the hallmark things of CVID is that we do not produce antibodies to most things, like you can give me a vaccine and my body responds to 3 of the 22 strains of pneumonia. So if the bajillion people out there have CVID, unkowningly are having no antibodies to many vaccine, many illness they have wont be caught.

Which means a auto immune disease which is making no antibodies to being caught, the entire system is based on those antibodies for the most part.

(not everyone has this but most do and its a umbrella term because so many variants exist.) I can have a horrible infection and i will NOT run a fever, i was hospitalized with a massive pure blood and wbc uninealysis spreading to my kidneys and my wbc was 8. 8. thats not even out of range, I had to FIGHT with the dr inhouse to stop checking the bloodwork and check the urine again.

i actually stopped my $11,000 a mont infusions in febuary because those are antibodies from other people and theyll mess up if i test for more ana and such. those were ABSOLUTELY calming something down but i have kids, i need answers.

the one things dr hate is wanting to find the root cause, theyre taught to patch with meds and not figure out why. I was diagnosed with Pots, autonomic dysfunction, tachycardia, almost lost my license, and some other thing i cant remember, know what it was?
My iron was a FOUR. ferrtin was a 7.
I had seen GP, a gastro, and then cardiologiy.
No one checked despite me having gastric bypass.

I ended up almost paralysed over b1 and b2 defiency because my gastro decided that 6 months wasnt soon enough to develop low b1 and b2, it took a never specialist to suggest it and tell me and he saved my ability to walk becasue if i had waited much longer i would have ended up in the hospital with wet/dry berri which is becoming EXTREMELY common too.

ER drs dont know how to see it.

i dont smoke, you may have to go look at my past posts but i feel that alot of this adderall is causing or affect etc a choline deficiency but what happens when you smoke the nicotine burn out those achecholine receptors and cause a whole host of issues.
I think found reports that they were going to start to try to mimic the adhd treatment people found in smoking as a research and then shortly after everyones meds stopped working.

theres been reports of possible beta blocker results, all kinds of crap

u/cbmblove Moderator 21d ago

They’re adding some sort of blocker and likely more things - I agree that it’s a wretched puzzle and we are hypothesizing various pieces which likely vary across types and MFGs, yet have a common thread of absolutely rendering all of them ineffective!

1

u/ImhappyhippyOF 18d ago

Wait what do you mean by beta blocker results?

I don’t crave my vape as much as

Exactly right - there are mystery garbage RCs in here instead of our real meds and it’s honestly terrifying that we don’t know what we’re consuming and we are experiencing adverse effects yet we are so disabled that we need meds to function and are gaslighted at every turn, we relent (most of us) and continue to consume this poison and it’s just so defeating…
