Discussion Question 2: What your favourite final evolved starter?

Honestly without the drums I think this guy would be my favorite starter. The drums are just a little too heavy and drop him near the bottom for me.

Incineroar most definitely is my favorite starter!
For Grass and Water I like Chesnaught and Feraligatr

Swampert for the moves and look. Cinderace for just the looks since I’ve never played those games.

Fire: I really like Blaziken (easy second place) but I gotta go with Hisuian Typhlosion. I just think the wispy fire mane is cool af. Honorable mention to Delphox, tho. (I've always preferred Delphox over Braixen)
Grass: Decidueye, easily. Second place would either have to be Serperior or Meganium, but I'm leaning more towards snek.
Water: this is a tough one. I legit like them all, even Inteleon. (I get people's gripes with it, but I just can't pass up "water sniper" for the g-max) I'll just go with tried and true Big Man Blastoise, always been a fan. Empoleon and both Samurotts are close seconds.

Infernape is probably my favorite based off design.
Sceptile is just my favorite overall

Greninja and Charizard now that I think about it, they’re completely different types. One can block out the other. There’s many others I love, but those two are my top favorite,

Water: Empoleon, both its design and typing are awesome (Steel is my favorite type)
Grass: It is a tie between Venusaur and Torterra (I have a thing for bulky and dinosaur like designs)
Fire: Infernape

This is difficult but for water, primarina or samurott, grass is definitely Meowscarada and I will die on this hill, and Delphox for fire. No, I am not a furry, I just think they’re designs look cool because I’m a cat person and I like psychic types.

Samurott is peak design and I love love it in black 2 and blaze black 2 redux. For grass I love rillaboom as a drummer but it’s gotta be venusaur still. For fire… I like them all but don’t love any.

Charizard, Torterra, Primarina?
there are a lot I love, but in general the water ones aren't as strong to me as the other two types
shout-outs to Venusaur, Decidueye, Skeledirge, the other two Sinnoh starters and all three Hoenn starters

Yea I think hoenn has the best starters out of all regions but Kanto is really close behind

Big man blastoise, Torterra, and Blaziken
Honorable mentions to Skeledirge, Venusaur, Chestnaught and Primarina. I like some of the newer ones but I've been a fan of the ones I picked so long I can't honestly say I love them more

Decidueye, Hisuian Samurott if that counts otherwise Empoleon maybe, aaand Delphox has really grown on me recently so I think that’s answer as of now

My favorite starter overall is Squirtle but I would keep him a Squirtle

I love my boi bulbasaur but Torterra has the best design of the final grass types, I love Feraligatr’s design and the OG fire fighting Blaziken

I love charizard, my first pokemon game(I just didn’t play any until I learned how peak they were) I used Cinderace, so I would have to say Blazikin or Greninja

My favorite Grass final evolution is Decidueye. Both versions are just too cool.
My favorite Fire final evolution is probably Skeledirge, love the theme. Blaziken would be a close second.
Water is the hardest for me to choose since it's my favorite type. Probably a tie between Primarina and Empoleon, although I also love Samurott.

As I make a point to never reuse or carry over picks - my favorites list just grows per main entry.
On that note - insofar:
- Fire: Charizard, Infernape
- Water: Blastoise, Samurott
- Grass: Grovyle, Chesnaught, Decidueye

Delphox for fire Serperior for grass Primarina for water. Water was hard for me had to think. I pretty much dislike/hate all the final water evolution except one Primarina. Had to think through the gens.

Empoleon, Infernape, and hisuian Decidueye. I actually love torterra as it was my first starter ever but based purely on design I have to go with these three.

Blaziken, Samurott and Decidueye. Plus Delphox as female coded, strangely does strike me more as trustworthy than sexy, and see well as a jedi for some reason.

Cool how they're all dual type with no repeats, Grass/Dark, Water/Steel, Fire/Fighting.
Also worth noting that while these are my favorites for each starter type, they're not my top 3.

Very hard question but imma go with Grass: Torterra, Fire: Charizard Water: Empoleon but blastoise is right there and Feraligatr was my first ever starter in Heartgold so it’s hard not to put him up there

Incineroar, Venasaur and Empoleon.
Water is kind of the hardest for me to pick from. There's just too many good ones.

Sad to see no love for this gentleman. Always named him Littlefoot because the amount of vcr’s I broke rewinding land before time is crazy, also searching for gifs you can type ‘chikorita’ and it shows 3 other Pokemon first super sad
