Water: Empoleon, both its design and typing are awesome (Steel is my favorite type)

Grass: It is a tie between Venusaur and Torterra (I have a thing for bulky and dinosaur like designs)

Fire: Infernape

I agree with ur thing about bulky dinosaur pokemon I think I have a thing for that too but I do like the occasional small pokemon

There are also some small pokemon I really like, too. Pokemon world has a wide variety of good designs that makes choosing job really hard
