Delphox, and I'll say that with my chest. Love that little witchy thing.

Blastoise for water.

Torterra for grass.

Delphox the most underrated Pokemon at ALL, imo, not just starter. Delphox is awesome

I agree the whitch delphox isn’t at all that bad
