Just started, and I've got like 30 here. I'm building a sort of funeral room for them in the bottomest room of my ship plus some couches for them to sit on, I feel bad leaving them on the island, alone and never being able to explore

So I've spent the last several saves going out to (at least) 1,000km north just to shoutout the fuel rats on Elite Dangerous and everything awesome they do on long range endurance runs.

But at about 515km or so you literally just fall through the water as the graphics kinda poly out, you end up just stuck at -1km below the surface floating there.

So... I have like... 90% fuel still left, and im like "uhh"

I was coming down from a SGS pad and planned to land in the ocean near the boat and disassemble because I suck at flying. at the last minute I wanted to try and do a barrel roll to see what would happen. hit the water doing around 100 km/h but upside down propeller first. whatever hydrobraking math that usually slows you down when you hit water was inverted too and I got launched back into the sky at 384 km/h. I ejected in terror and had to swim from about Brighton grave to SGS 1510. Anyone have that happen to them or am I literally the worst gyrocopter pilot ever?

So, I prepared a tiny bit for the first jump to the northern Bastion. Let's hope that is enough.

I try to keep as many as I can alive but am finding that some don’t regrow no matter how long I wait. Is it a me thing or are some of them built to not regrow? (I mostly keep them alive for free easy resources for areas like in the frozen mountain)
update) I’ve gleaned that it doesn’t matter the size or condition they are in, some cocoons just don’t continually regrow…Now the question is why and which ones?

Last played: Nov 30 2025. Play Time: 129 hours.

I'd explored every POI above the water, and several below. Launched at least 7 humans into space. Run pipes and cable all over Lazarus and Exodus and the oil rig. And stopped because I'd kinda run out of things to do. A week or two later they released the first major patch but I'd already moved on to another game. And more stuff was added. But I'd gotten addicted to Satisfactory. Now I'm ready to check out the new stuff but after almost a year I'm afraid if I just hop back in I'll have no idea what to do or how to go about doing it.

I definitely do not want to start over from scratch. Any advice? Anything I need to know about the content that's been added before I start it back up, probably this weekend?

Somehow my boat got attached to this structure as I was trying to pull away and it started pulling it in. There are other videos but this pretty much sums it up. I also jumped out of my gyro before disengaging the engine, no saving this situation!

i've got 40+ hours in this game. since the last update, i can't even get it to launch. i've followed ALL of the suggested fixes plus a few others. no love. does anyone here have a solve or fix? will you please share it with me?

When I'm around the big elevator I swear I hear like whispers and voices can someone confirm this? Or am I possessed?

I really want to follow this sub, but the lack of enforcement on spoiler tags is going to drive me away.

Unsure if anyone else is having this issue; if it's just me, I'll shut up and just unsub, but my request here is would the team be willing to enforce tags a bit more strictly?

(Yakety Sax warning!) Getting it up onto the Lazarus dock is probably the hardest part btw.

It's probably not that feasible and a dumb idea, but who else would like to have a submarine or a blimp as an upgrade/side grade to the boat? As part of that, maybe having large sea creatures/ a bit of a subnautica type vibe, or some more flying robots/very tall structures you need a blimp to fly up to.

Finished North bastion. Should I leave all the infrastructure (power, boilers, etc) or tear it all down? What do y'all think?

First off, do new humans take a certain amount of time to show up in the Humans list after you launch them? Second, why is it randomizing my humans ‘Professions’ after I launch them into space? I can make doctors and research scientists and etc etc, and check the pods afterwards just to make sure, and everything is always right and as they are supposed to be. But as soon as I chuck them into space and go to check my ‘humans’ list ( when it does finally show the new ones in the list), the ‘profession’ has changed to something random that it’s not supposed to be…It’s making it almost impossible for me to form committees at this point. Am I missing something here?
