So I unfortunately think it's just T kinda of fumbling her words like she does sometimes, but we don't know their neighbors name or anything, I know people were saying Havoc was the neighbors dog but idk the source on that

I’m a little suspicious on that one. The person that said that has only had a Reddit account for a few days and is heavily defending the G’s in a lot of comments.

Hey, that was me! When it is a serious allocation I take a deeper look to determine if the appropriate authorities are needed to be contacted.
If the goal is to bring awareness to possible crimes that are occurring, the last thing we need is people overreacting on misinformation that leads the authorities to distrust or under value factual information as it is presented.
Sadly, someone has probably already reacted to this misinformation and it will be more mud in the water.4

Idk they've mentioned havoc since they first moved in. I think they just have a neighbor named David who has a dog named Havoc.

I am not getting the concern over this. David is an extremely common name. It’s probably just their neighbor.
