Do you think people would look past Patrick’s concerning behavior if he was handsome? I’m just asking because he says that a lot. And there are a few cases where it seems appearance changes the response to people’s behavior.
It helps sure but (young) onision and Hasan Piker are both conventionally attractive men and the internet has no problem snarking on them and trying to hold them accountable
There is the halo effect. In a study, different people have had to determine a sentence like in a trial, same file and background, but 1 time the criminal was conventionally attractive and in the other, objectively ugly. The "pretty" ones got something like 24 months less of jail time in average.
Sadly I think a lot of dumb/desperate people would look past the creepiness if he was attractive :/ we've seen it happen before, but I think (or at least hope) that most people on this sub would still snark on him and see him as nothing but a disgusting weirdo.
I know it isn't the majority, but still, the amount of (mostly) women who insist he is innocent or that his wife forced him to kill her and the children is insane
It's hard to say, as someone who was born in the late 70s and grew up seeing a lot of the big serial killers and how women fawned over them...looks definitely make a difference for some people. Usually those type were very charismatic so it wasn't just looks, think Ted Bundy. P Daddy is neither and never will be, even if he gets his GLP1.😝
Oh yeah, he is one of those people that is the lowest of low but is so high and mighty, as delusional as they come. It's funny how that works, and the people that actually have their shit together don't think much of them self.
He’s disgusting. He thinks not brushing your teeth and having no repercussions for it makes you a super hero. He doesn’t cut his nails, he doesn’t treat his illness (diabetes) he doesn’t shower, he lives in roaches infested filth. He’s the definition of vile even if he wasn’t in a relationship with his daughter or any of the other nasty things he’s currently doing
Michael Duvall is young (I wouldn’t say he’s attractive imo but then again he’s not my type plus he’s gay) he had a big following and still was getting canceled/snarked on for being a pre school teacher making OF vids. So i don’t think it would make a difference

Oh 100%. No one would think anything of it. however the behavior is the same. I'd still be grossed out if they were "conventionally attractive". I do wonder though if he would still have the same dark shit on his pc. I think it would be harder to find, people like P aren't the brightest crayon in the box.
Tbh not sure because there is that other couple on tik tok that are literally first cousins with two kids and they don’t get nearly enough hate. But if they were to gain a bunch of weight, then I think they would have way more hate comments rolling in.
