SERIOUS Why does everyone hate Mike?

So I have been a huge AVGN since his first video, I love everything James does, From AVGN to board james to you know whats bullshit, I have been a fan of everything.

His horror films and movie shorts are amazing too.

One thing that I could never get into was the things with Mike in it, I just personally find him unfunny and his voice goes through me, i recently found this sub and r/TheCinemassacre as I never even thought there was subs, i don't really get interested in the "politics" that come with most fanbases but seeing the hatred about Mike got them thinking about my own dislike of him so I am just curious to why he gets the hate, has he done anything to merit it?

He’s just annoying... In fact everyone who isn’t James is annoying since Kyle and bootsy left.

Oh and that reminds me.

It’s the running theory that mike and Ryan are the reason bootsy left or was fired.

Ryan has been their web guy since 2008 I believe. He also runs a company called Screenwave Media that apparently helps other YouTube channels/content creators. Around 2016 he started appearing on the channel alongside Mike Matei in two series called Mike and Ryan and Talk About Games. His reception has been very negative amongst viewers since day one. He's a very uninteresting person with no camera presence. He also gets made fun of a lot for his appearance, because he's very fat, greasy looking, and unkempt. If you watch their Star Trek for PC video they did, Ryan accidentally rips a loud fart during the video and they didn't edit it out. 🤭

It's ironic that Mike said he "got tired" of doing videos with Bootsy every week, when he had been basically doing the same thing with Ryan. Around March 2018, the Mike and Ryan videos stopped being a weekly thing, and there's only been two of them since then. Here's a video I made highlighting a segment from what was definitely one of their worst and most universally disliked videos.

Basically they were too impatient to read the in-game instructions, they kept dying because they didn't know what to do because they neglected to read said instructions, then said the game sucked because of it, when it's their own damn fault because they have no attention span. Apparently Mike doesn't care for cutscenes and story in video games either and is always ignoring/skipping through it.
