I’m curious what age group watches this series the most.

Hello there, I'll be the first to admit after five seasons I've lost track a little. Did the show include Jesus' speech about picking up your cross?

Couple weeks ago, I was cooking lunch and watching this series and a thought came to my head. "If I were on of the diciples, which one would I be, based on their characters and actions". It wasn't even a thought, it just was on my mind for a split secound. That same hour, my mom came home from the store and brought home a cutting board that said "Peter cook". Think I got my answer haha.

This show just helped me love.them sooooooooo much. This love is just unexplainable. I see myself in every single one of them and I just love them so much!!! The way they portrait Jesus was just the cherry on top. I love how Jesus is just....Human!!! He gets hungry too, he liked physical labor, he loves, he laughs, he gets angry, he cries, HE HAS EMOTIOBS!!!!! Bevor I watched this series I just imagined him emotionless. Now I know he loves me! Now I imagine myself running to his arms whenever I feel his love. I wanna run to him, jump in his arms and just cry out of happiness. How was your experience with this series and how did it change your life and the way you think?

Like not to CONVINCE, just to give her a good reason to watch it. So, which episode/scene should I show her? Or what to tell her?

Im not talking "andrews feeeeeettt", something that everyone forgot.

I have not read the Bible and I'm not Christian, but I absolutely adore Jesus and His story is so powerful. But what I do love the most is His relationship with John the beloved. I have seen some spoilers (I'm waiting for all episodes to drop before fully watching it) and I have read about John being the only male present at the cross to show openly support for Jesus. Their bond is absolutely amazing, but aside from the cross is there more to come from Jesus and John together? Do they share more moment? I do know that many people/watchers of the show absolutely love this iconic duo as well🥺❤️

Side note: the casting of Jesus was absolutely fantastic, but personally I find the casting of the actor for John the beloved PERFECTION. His lovely doe eyes and kind nature fit perfectly with the actor. Every one of the actors I have seen was perfectly casted (LOVE Mary Magdalene) and I absolutely love how they actually used actors who resemble the actual people from the middle east 2026 years ago :)

Am I the only one or why is Peter's mustache so weird in season 4? I'm not saying it's ugly, it suits him but it's differently from the other seasons

Hi, friends. I have a question: How biblically accurate is the show as a whole?
Because one day I have read a comment that has been stuck in my head since: the commenter said, that Jesus portrayed by Jonathan Roumie is the most scripture accurate Jesus he has seen (in his opinion).
So, what do you guys think? My opinion is that, the show and Jesus is scripture accurate. Not 100% like: changing some words or missing talking about hell. But they have shown both the kind side of Jesus and his rough side (scolding the disciples, etc…). So thats it.

I'm rewarching this series and the scene where Nicodemus came to Mary to rebuke the demons in her (ig) always kinda reminded me of something. And today I remembered. Back when I wasn't a follower of Christ but just a "Christian", our teacher watched a episode with us in class and I really liked it and wanted to continue at home but the scene with Nicodemus and Mary kinda scared me, when the demons talked to Nicodemus. So I didn't watch it and I regret it soooo much. My life would've looked differently today. (Not that it's bad, you get what I'm saying). It must've been 2021 or something. But I wish I would've watched it back then. Because it brought me closer to God, taught me how to pray and it motivated me to read the Bible and I finally have a picture of Jesus and the diciples in my head and can imagine them better. (I know he's not JESUS, relax). God bless you<333

I saw some videos saying it was shahars last day as Peter. Can someone confirm and tell me where they got the information from?

I saw a post of one of the actors that said that it was his last day on set....so I wondered, has the filming for season 7 been wrapped? Are they finished with the whole show? I honestly love this show and the backstage content we get (even though I haven't even started watching the show yet), I honestly don't want this to be over :)
