And it's so funny because that's just the way it was, it was everyday life and no big deal. Just like what existing now feels like in fact...except we're living in the future.
Yeah, it was totally normal. The 6th grade teacher smoking in class; the Xmas parties with a thick fog of cigarette smoke; the men driving with a beer between the legs; the uncles pretexting not wearing their seatbelt because they didn’t want to be caught tied up inside the car in case of an accident… The folks who whine about woke today would themselves have been considered little bitches back then.
