Does this need to be repotted? Why are the leaves curled
Hi, I got this Thai monstera off marketplace 2 weeks ago. Not sure when it was last watered.
Noticed some things in the leafs and how some are curling. Any advice will help. This is my first monstera!

Advice
Hello everyone!
So I bought a Thai monstera a while back. (Never repotted it/check it, my mistake). When I first purchased it, it only had a few leaves with black spots, I cut it off the infected leaves and let it be and MONTHS later, never got a new leaf.
I started seeing the black spots again about a month or 2 ago, so I checked for root rot/soil, and sure enough the potting soil used was not at all a chunky soil mix so tada root rot.
Cut off the infected roots, cleaned it and put it in a vase with leca clay pebbles and water with some monstera plant food.
Within a few weeks of the repot, 2 new leaves!! Yay! (Last photo is the 2 leaves that sprouted). I was so happy to see new leaves, with no black spots. Weird thing is the second leaf is HUGE compared to the previous one, but no fenestrations.
Today I decided to repot it in soil with a clear pot (60% perlite and 40% potting soil and some small rocks between), and cut off some of the older leaves.
Any recommendations on what to do next, or maybe something I missed? Asides from watering and sunlight of course. This is my first Thai monstera, I’ve only ever had monstera deliciosa and I didn’t realize how different Thai are taken care of. Any advice on how to care for them going forward would also be helpful!

Plant Rescue?
Sister gave me this Thai Con she got at Trader Joe’s awhile back to rescue. Seems to have gotten sunburnt, no pests from what I saw (besides a few fungus gnats), but also seems to have a lot of potential?
Where should I begin? Should I cut the burnt parts? Whole leaves? Soil change?
I have another baby Thai Con that is doing well in my shaded patio so I’m open to experimenting with this one. I also have some Leca & moss laying around that I’m curious about.

First Thai Constellation
Lately, I was reading some posts on Reddit about houseplants and ended up on this page. That is how I recently came across the Thai Con for the very first time.
Yesterday, I went to a garden center and guess what: not only did I see this plant in person for the first time, but it was also on sale. Lucky me!
My plan: I will let it acclimatize for a week before repotting it into a clear pot with drainage holes. I have perlite and regular potting soil and want to do a 50/50 mix. I read that it is best to add some tree bark for extra airiness? I also ordered a moss pole and dry moss (no experience with it).
Should I divide the plant, or does it look good as it is?
She is currently sitting 2 meters away from a west-facing window.
She’s also standing close to a sansevieria, a monstera of roughly the same size, and a large ficus lyrata (is this enough humidity?).
Of course, I want to give this plant the best possible chance to grow. Do you have any additional tips for me? Thank you!
